HOMEBUYER SURVEY
Tailored Service
A level 2 home survey is typically used if you are considering the purchase of a more conventional home that is in reasonable condition. The report will describe the condition of the property, identify any risks and potential legal issues, and highlight any urgent defects. It also includes advice on defects that may affect the value of the property with repairs. The inspection and report are detailed, but less comprehensive and briefer than a building survey.
BUILDING SURVEY
Attention To Detail
The building survey is a comprehensive report. This type of survey comments on the construction, materials and condition of a property and will identify faults or potential problems with the fabric of the building. Where symptoms of faults are found, we will seek to follow the trail of suspicion to identify the defect.
This type of report is suitable for all ages of property and is particularly relevant for older properties, those of non-standard construction, or those which are exhibiting signs of potential problems.

SNAGGING SURVEY
Full Support
Finding faults with your new home may sound strange considering it is new but, like anything that is built by multiple people, issues occur, so poor workmanship and error is commonplace.
Our surveyors are qualified and experienced building professionals, able to identify minor and major issues using specialist equipment.
A snagging list report will cover all the issues you need to address after your developer assumes their task is completed. You can use it to ensure your developer follows through with its obligations.
